Membership Application

Membership Applications are accepted from the beginning of January until the end of April. Applications received later than May 31st will be discarded.

Please complete the form below if you wish to become a new member of Keswick Anglers Association. Please read the rules of the Association before submitting your application. By submitting the application you are agreeing to abide by the rules and to act at all times in the interest of the Association. Failure to disclose infringement of Fishery Laws will automatically invalidate membership.

To be eligible for local or local youth membership you must reside within eight miles radius of Keswick Town Center and you or your parents or guardians name must appear on the current electoral roll. There are no restrictions on location for country membership.

Please note that membership applications must be approved by the committee which will take a few weeks. You will be informed whether  your application was successful after a committee meeting. Please do not keep submitting applications!

Current membership fees are set out below:

Local Member (resides within 8 mile radius of Keswick town centre) £50
Country Member (resides outside 8 mile radius of Keswick town centre) £70
Youth Member (12 to 21 years old) (resides within 8 mile radius of Keswick town centre) £15
Country Youth Member (12 to 21 years old) (resides outside 8 mile radius of Keswick town centre) £20
Junior Member (under 12 years old) FREE

New Local or Country adult members are required to pay a £20 joining fee.

The information you provide in this form and any other information obtained or provided during
your application for/renewal of membership of KAA will be used solely for the purpose of your
application or renewal. The data you provide will not be shared with any third party. By
submitting this application you are agreeing that KAA may keep your personal details and use them
for record purposes and to contact you. For applications for membership from anyone under the age
of 16 the parent or guardian must also provide their personal details and by so doing is agreeing
to KAA keeping and using their personal details for record purposes and to contact the applicant.
Personal details will be retained for 12 months after membership ends or is not renewed.
Membership is deemed to have ended on 28 February each year regardless of the date in the
previous year it was taken out.
